Service enquiry data, kept limited.

Last updated: 1 June 2026. This page explains how Agent Site Repair handles information submitted for website diagnostics, quotes, invoices, and repair delivery.

What we collect

  • Name, email address, website URL, likely service, urgency, and the issue you ask us to check.
  • Public website evidence such as page URLs, screenshots, visible errors, metadata, headers, and performance/crawlability observations.
  • Invoice and payment status records when a job is approved.
  • Delivery notes, before/after evidence, and handover records for completed work.

What not to send

Do not send passwords, recovery codes, payment credentials, server keys, registrar logins, encryption keys, or unrelated personal data in the contact form or first email. Temporary access is requested only after scope approval.

How we use it

  • To review the public issue and decide whether we can help.
  • To prepare a scope, price, invoice, repair plan, and handover.
  • To keep a practical service record for support, accounting, and dispute handling.
  • To suppress duplicates, opt-outs, complaints, and internal test messages from the workflow.

Providers

Service enquiries may pass through the website host, Microsoft 365/Outlook mail systems, Stripe for invoices or payments, and controlled internal workflow storage used to manage diagnostics and delivery. We keep the workflow scoped to the service request.

Retention and deletion

Enquiry and delivery records are kept only as long as needed for the service, accounting, support, and dispute handling. Temporary access details should be revoked after delivery and are not used for unrelated work. You can email meme@thematrixcoin.io to request deletion or correction of service enquiry records, subject to records we must keep for accounting or dispute reasons.
