Terms

Fixed scope before work starts.

Last updated: 1 June 2026. These terms describe how Agent Site Repair handles diagnostics, quotes, access, payment, delivery, and exclusions.

How work starts

  1. You send a website URL and a public issue to check.
  2. We review visible public evidence and decide whether the repair is suitable.
  3. We send a scope, price, likely turnaround, and access requirements.
  4. You approve the scope and payment route before any site changes are made.

Payment

Payment is normally handled through Stripe invoices or approved service payment links. Payment is requested after scope approval and before repair work begins, unless a separate written arrangement is agreed.

What is included

  • The agreed diagnostic or repair scope.
  • Reasonable checks connected to that scope.
  • Before/after evidence or verification notes.
  • A short close-out report explaining what changed.

What is excluded unless agreed

  • Open-ended development, redesign, SEO retainers, hosting migration, content writing, paid ads, or long-term support.
  • Payment system changes, legal/medical/financial/regulatory content, and work requiring root server or registrar master access.
  • Guarantees of ranking, traffic, sales, uptime, or third-party platform behaviour.

Access and backups

You remain responsible for maintaining backups and confirming that the right access route is available. We prefer staging environments and temporary scoped users. Access should be revoked after delivery.

When scope changes

If the issue is larger than expected, unsafe to change, or outside the agreed repair, we pause and explain the options before doing extra work.
